How It Works
Intake Form — Fill out my Intake Form with your point balances, travel dates, and preferences.
Research Deposit — Pay a $50 non-refundable research deposit. This initiates the process and covers the 1–4+ hours of expert labor required to find your options.
Expert Research — I scour airline and hotel partners to find the best possible value for your specific points.
Completion Notification — Within 48–72 hours under normal circumstances, I'll contact you to confirm your research is complete and your PDF is ready. During periods of high demand, this may take up to 5–7 business days.
Final Payment — Pay the remaining $200 balance to unlock your results.
Full Delivery — Once final payment is received, I'll send your Custom Redemption PDF and schedule your booking walkthrough video OR a 30-minute phone call.

No new route research required.
Same Trip, New Dates — $100. Re-running availability research on the same origin, destination, and preferences for different travel dates.
New Route or Redemption Category — $100. A net-new connection, alternate destination, or adding a category not in the original request (e.g., you originally asked for flights only, now want hotel options too).
Full Re-Research (New Trip) — $200. Significantly different destination, dates, or point currency. Treated as a new engagement.Follow-up fees are charged upfront before additional research begins. All follow-up work is non-refundable once started.Policies & Fine Print
Award Volatility: Award space (especially Business/First Class) is extremely limited and can disappear in minutes. I recommend booking immediately once you receive your PDF.
No Refunds: The $50 deposit is never refundable once research has begun. The $200 payment is non-refundable once the PDF has been delivered. All follow-up fees are non-refundable once work begins.
Search Changes: If you change your destination or travel month after research has started, a new $50 deposit is required.
Follow-Up Scope: Any request for new dates, routes, or redemption categories not included in the original engagement is subject to the follow-up pricing above.
What I Don't Do: I do not book the flights for you, provide restaurant/activity recommendations, or handle airline cancellations/customer service.
